The next day lightened up like a pleasent dream following a nightmare. Astira chatted in small talks as she enjoyed her fruit salat. With the morning sunshine glimmering on her hair, she explained "We have 3 main suppliers for our honey, and those bosses are now meeting in the Dauphine Province. May I suggest we go there?"
"Sounds good, we can take the Trader Star if you like" said Taron, chewing on a Power Bar.
"How I know you not kidnap Astira & hold her for ransom?"
Taron laughed and said, "Because Yogi will not pay for you!"
"This is true actually..." said Astira, moving around in her blue jean jacket..

The front door of the Trader Star opened and Astira stepped out into the warm sunshine of Valloire. Taron followed, wondering where Astira's path would lead....
One thing for sure, letting his gaze linger on Astira's braid ponytail falling gently over her sunlit shoulder, if not for his brother Toran and their father, he wouldn't be this far....

Title: Our First Twilight

The sun reddened and sank below the horizon leaving behind a soft veil of stars. In the warm candlelight Astira's shoulder appeared from behind her gliding hair- an image of a dog with a spiked collar appeared.
"What is this?" asked Taron.
"He is my bodyguard." Astira said, "and my companion. He talks to me in my dreams when I sleep."
"What does he say?" asked Taron.
"He tells me what I need to hear. This is only for Astira to know Taron," and she smiled respectfully.
"Of course." said Taron politely. And for some reason he felt his heart sink a little bit.
